Even though lap band surgery is becoming extremely popular all around the world as a beneficial way to eliminate excess weight, there are still a plethora of people that are hesitant about having this procedure performed. One reason why individuals are choosing to not have the procedure performed is because they fear that their insurance will not pay for the weight loss procedure to be carried out.

In order to ensure that your insurance company will cover the associated costs for this procedure, there are some things that you need to do. First of all, you need to review over your policy, and ensure that the insurer will cover weight loss surgeries. Some insurers will cover these surgeries, while others will not.

Also, you need to ensure that you have all of the paperwork that the insurance company will ask for in order as well. Some insurers demand that you give them a letter of medical necessity, stating the reasons behind why you believe that the surgery needs to be performed in order to assist you with your weight loss dilemma.

You must state how your attempts to lose weight have all ended in despair. A lot of insurers will analyze your case in order to determine if it can be covered through your policy. Some things that insurance companies will critique are your weight, your health, as well as the number of years that you have been overweight.

Insurance companies want to ensure that lab band surgery procedure is something you need, then just something that you want. You should be over 100 pounds from your ideal weight, and you should also be experiencing medical problems that put your health at risk.

It is imperative that you let your insurance company know that you have tried for years to lose weight and have not had any success with all of your attempts to do so. Some companies will ask you for your BMI. If your BMI is greater than 40, then you are the perfect candidate for this type of surgery. Lap band surgery can do wonders for you; however you need to declare how much you need it to your insurance company in order to not have to pay for it out of pocket.

My friend Dave the Raw Food Trucker tells his story of how he came from the brink of death to heal himself of several diseases including colon cancer, type II diabetes & kidney disease, all via the consumption of raw foods. Not to mention his amazing weight loss of 178 pounds over the last 16 months, and he’s not stopping there. He’s going to go ALL the way with his health, and wants YOU too as well. This guy is a TRUE SUPERHERO!!

*****VIDEO #10 UPDATE*****
This week, Dave’s with me here at the RV making what may be the most powerful & amazing juice recipe that mankind has ever known!

DAVE THE RAW FOOD TRUCKER’S 3-GALLON
SUPER SPECIAL LIFE-SAVING POWER JUICE !!!

These ingredients are what Dave uses to make 3 gallons worth of juice at once, to last him 3 days on the road. This is an ULTRA LOW-glycemic juice & Dave credits it for helping to cure his body of Type II Diabetes & Stage IV Colon Cancer.

Dave is ALL about having his produce be 100% organic. As he healed himself of serious conditions & his body still isn’t done healing himself of all the excess weight, he feels this is vital. But you just do the best you can!

* I n g r e d i e n t s *

**In the preceding Video #9, Dave
went over all of the ingredients below…
Visit http://bit.ly/8iheT to see that first!**

5 bunches Spinach (w/ stems intact; not just the leaves)
2 bunches Red Chard
3 bunches Collard Greens
3 bunches Kale
4 bunches Cilantro
1 bunch Fresh Basil
4 bunches Beet Greens (Dave ONLY juices the greens of the beets & NOT the actual beets, as he’s still recovering from the diabetes. For those not dealing w/ diabetes, feel free to juice the beets!
6 Red Bell Peppers
4 Yellow Bell Peppers
2 heads Fennel
4 heads Celery
12 Cucumbers (unpeeled if organic; peeled if inorganic)
2 dozen on-the-vine Tomatoes
3 heads Broccoli
1 pound Baby Bok Choy (or 1 bunch Bok Choy)
1 bunch Mustard Greens (use a smaller amount if the flavor is too strong)
4 bunches Parsley (2 Regular, 2 Italian)
1 bunch Asparagus
1 large Fresh Aloe Leaf (inorganic ok; organic is rarely available…also, only juice the lower portion of it & always juice a bit & taste, juice a bit & taste, as it can be VERY potent)
1 bottle of E3Live Algae
Rainbow Light Advanced Systems Digestive Enzymes (to help control gas, especially when you first jump into a program like this! If you can’t find this brand, look for a type that’s raw vegan & whole-plant sourced)

*Dan added a couple more ingredients,
picked fresh from the garden!*
1 bunch wild Lamb’s Quarters
1 bunch wild Plantain

* B e n e f i t s *

** Refer to previous video for more benefits http://bit.ly/8iheT **

Plantain ~ Moves the lymphatic system: Pulls mucus, etc. out of the body
Tomatoes ~ For delicious flavor!
Aloe Leaf ~ Soothes the GI tract, especially if there are ulcers and/or inflammation!
Broccoli ~ Some call it the “answer to cancer” but what do you think? ;)

* I n s p i r a t i o n *

Green Herbs Heal! + Fruit Energizes!

CUCUMBERS, BELL PEPPERS & TOMATOES are all technically fruits!

Nothing in this video constitutes medical advice in any way, shape or form! We’re just 2 dudes who get super healthy when they eat fruits and vegetables & want you to be healthy too!

As you start to dive deeper into getting healthier through eating & drinking highly nutritive raw fruits and vegetables, the life force within you dances more & more freely!

The skin on the backs of Dave’s elbow are all irritated w/ some mucus even coming out. But that’s a good thing! His body is just releasing old toxins that he wants OUT!

Dave & I have had colonics during heavy detox periods, and we encourage you to consider doing the same…but it’s your choice!

WARNING: This juice tastes like pizza in a glass! The herbs & tomatoes are so flavorful!

One can choose healing via raw vegetable & fruit juices…or medical procedures such as chemotherapy, radiation & surgery. Personally, I’d choose juicing as even if it was my time to leave planet Earth, what better way to go out than to actually feeling GOOD?!

***The cost of fruits & veggies for 3 gallons of juice to be drunk over a span of 3 days?

$75 Is $25 a day really too much to save your life?

There is a sometimes unfair stereotype surrounding people who are serious about body building. That stereotype tells those unfamiliar with the sport that body builders are all oiled up people with muscles the size of big balloons whose only purpose is to repeatedly lift hundreds of pounds at a time.

This stereotype has a grain of truth to it. There are some people who really do live that kind of life. Professional body builders, for example, earn their living by building up their muscles to outrageous proportions. Obviously that is not the only approach for body building. The most important reason to try your hand at body building is to get healthy. Body building is a fantastic form of exercise. If you are new to body building, here is the approach you should take.

No body building routine is finished until it is paired with a balanced and nutritious diet. This means that body building is exactly like every other form of exercise or sport. Balanced and nutritious meals are one of the building blocks of health which means that you staying far away from junk food and focus on grains, fruits and vegetables. At all costs avoid high fructose corn syrup and chemical ingredients. These work against your muscles.

Being human, we all want to reach our goals in the first five minutes. Going on a diet? You should be 10 pounds thinner the next day. Want muscles? Surely they’ll appear by the weekend. Of course, this is nonsense and if we expect results too fast, we’ll only become discouraged and quit. The answer is to set small interim goals, goals that are realistic and will encourage us to continue. Our bodies resist rapid change and trying to force new ways too quickly is almost certain failure.

You need to have faith in yourself. You have to try to stay positive or getting discouraged is a real possibility. Most importantly, you will have better body building results if you stay positive. It is easier to body build when you are happy with the actions you are taking. If you hate what you are doing it will be harder for you to do it.

Let yourself have a time to rest when you transition from one part of your routine to another. The best way to cause an unnecessary injury is to push yourself too hard. Giving your body even a few moments to rest can help you lengthen your routines and improve your stamina.

Dehydration is often caused by someone trying to complete a workout without stopping. It could cause you to pull or strain muscles. You might weaken yourself to the point of not being able to complete your workout! Even the most experienced body builder in the world will allow himself an interval to rest between different exercises and sections of his workout.

Everybody can participate in body building. Focusing on your health is easier when you are getting into shape. There are some who enjoy body building so much that they have turned it into a job! You don’t have to be quite that dedicated to the sport but if you keep at it you might find out that you really like the way it makes your body looks and feels. Be sure to set goals you can reach, approach the sport with common sense and enjoy it – it could have a very empowering effect on your health!

If perhaps you really want help to lose weight give some thought to iron-pumping fitness workouts.

By cutting your calorie intake you should be ready to lose some stomach fat straight away. Fiber is low in fat and has a detoxing effect on the body, and basically helps clean the system out. Focus on Power Foods! Almonds, Beans, Berries, Eggs, Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, veggies, Turkey and other lean meat, whole grain breads and cereals.

The fundamentals of what you will be doing is to manipulate your intake of calories and make certain to bump up your metabolism so as to burn away the excess fat that is unwelcome in your system so as to get a 6 pack, Doing this will require a lot of doggedness and a robust will to be successful. Protein is particularly significant for building six pack abs. Avoid eating bread, pasta, white sugar, soda, candy, alcohol-free drinks

Cardiovascular exercise is the following critical step to getting your six pack abdominals. Keep the cardio at least 30-45 minutes at least 2 hours a week. Walking, running, biking, swimming all are cardio exercises. You must do weightlifting for forty to 45 minutes at least three times per day. Change the order of exercises every two weeks so the body doesn’t get used to some exercises only ; or change the weight a bit more or change the kind of cardio exercise.
