0 Weight Loss Journey Update 2Hey Divas & Divos it is weight loss journey update time and before I begin I just want to let you all know that we are all human and we are not perfect so in your weight loss journey never beat yourself down because you may have had a snack or something that was not in your diet. We are all human!!!!

I am proud to say I have lost 4 pounds!!!! YAH for me, I have been steadily trying to work out longer and harder and eat healthier and better. This workout thing is no walk in the park I will tell you all that but I am giving it my best.
