The 5 C’s Juice: Cilantro-Cucumber-Celery-Carrot-Thai Young Coconut Water
* I n g r e d i e n t s *
1 Thai Young Coconut (Coconut Water)
2 bunches Cilantro
1 Cucumber*
1 head of Celery
4 Carrots*
*unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic
* P r e p a r a t i o n *

I personally feel that Breville Juicers are the best all around, but that is just me! Yes, I am aware of the drawbacks, but for me, I want something that is quick and easy to use, or else I wouldn’t be juicing nearly as much!

Celery ~ Good for inflammation & heartburn. If you drink 1 head’s worth of celery juice every day, prepare for it to disappear!
Kale ~ A great source of amino acids! The protein myth is that you ‘need’ protein, when our bodies don’t want protein! Our bodies want amino acids, so we can make our own protein!
Red Chard ~ High in antioxidants, chlorophyll, minerals and amino acids
Cilantro ~ Gives flavor, detoxifies heavy metals, purifies the blood & sweetens the breath
Baby Bok Choy ~ High in chlorophyll, minerals, antioxidants and is a blood builder

Young Coconut Celery Cucumber Spinach Green Juice
**BONUS HEALTHY SALAD RECIPE!**
When you have good spinach on hand, chop it up with some chopped red peppers, then squeeze lime juice over the top: it is the most delicious fat free salad you could ever have.

1 Thai Young Coconut (Coconut Water)
1 head of Celery
1 Cucumber (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
1 bunch of Spinach (organic is vital here…only get it if it looks vibrant and fresh!)
* P r e p a r a t i o n *

I love fruits and vegetables…so I feel more like a fruit and vegetable teacher, than a raw food teacher!
The Truth is in between the words. On your spiritual journey, you will soon wake up to realize that you do not know ANYTHING. Or, you may already be aware of this right now.
Fruits, vegetables and herbs are for so many different types of people: they are for athletes, they are for people who want to lose weight, they are for people who like to meditate, they are for those who need to heal up chronic and degenerative diseases… basically, they are for everyone!
The *life force* inside of you is what shines, and is what is most attractive in others. Fruits and vegetables simply allow you to exude this life force energy more easily and freely than dead, cooked and/or processed foods. You literally are what you eat!
Do the work now! Plant the seeds, read the spiritual books, apply the teachings of the nutrition, practice meditation, kindness, forgiveness & patience… and most importantly, practice stopping the ego from reacting and wasting your precious energy! If you are unable to stop the ego, at the very least just observe it doing what it does with awareness…but do not judge! Just be aware. Awareness is always the first step…

If there is pain, inflammation, congestion, acidosis or stagnation in your body, it is because your cells are too acidic.
In order for our cells to function, they need to be alkalized!
But we are living in an acid world!
Meat, dairy, bread, refined sugar, etc.
are ALL acid-forming foods!
We need to all get on fruits and vegetables!
Fruit is alkalizing. Leafy greens are alkalizing.
The reason why they aren’t more prevalent in our day to day lives is because the big companies can’t make much money off of something that grows on trees…
But you can make fruits and vegetables more prevalent in your life. Just do it! Have a salad. Have a green juice. Have a smoothie. Have a piece of fruit. Have a whole bowl of fruit!

Carrot Celery Cucumber Coconut
INGREDIENTS:
8 Carrots
1 Head of Celery
1-2 Cucumbers
1 Young Coconut (water)
PREPARATION:
1) Run carrots, celery & cucumbers through your Breville juicer (or whatever type of juicer you might have!)
