Celery Cucumber Cilantro Juice Recipe

2 Thai Young Coconuts (Coconut Water)
1 head of Celery
1 bunch of Cilantro
1 Cucumber
* P r e p a r a t i o n *

You don’t want to drink vegetable juice like V8 from a can or bottle, for then it isn’t alive, it’s dead! Pasteurization zaps the life force away!
When you drink FRESH, LIVING, RAW, ALIVE freshly juiced fruits & veggies, then you’re taking in living life FULL of the living light & I want to see YOU shine with it!
Today, I’m talking about BEAUTIFUL, RADIANT SKIN…the skin I know you deserve to have (if you don’t already!). To achieve perfect skin, you can’t force it; you want to be gently disciplined.
ONLY the TRUE health path will give you TRULY healthy & beautiful skin. Why? Because Mother Nature didn’t invent fancy pills, potions & cremes! For us, she already has…what’s found in nature! So…the more we take in of her through eating & drinking raw fruits & veggies, and the more we surround ourselves with her thru exercising outdoors & breathing fresh air in, then the healthier & more vibrant we’re going to become! It’s just common sense, really…
Also…you must clean up your body, especially in your intestines! If you don’t your lymphatic system may stay clogged up & will manifest itself through blemishes on your face, back, or wherever they might turn up for you.
How do you move your lymph? Well, fruits are the most cleansing, w/ grapes being the most cleansing type of fruit. Also drink a lot of green vegetable & herbal juices to alkalize your body & keep your intestines clean!
AND…you MUST begin to regularly exercise, for your lymphatic system does NOT have a heart to move things around like your circulatory system does! Instead, its dependent on YOU, and it needs you to MOVE, yes M-O-V-E!
What exercises are best to move lymph? Well, the most ideal is REBOUNDING. Huh? No, I don’t mean dumping your partner & running off with me…so…um…get your mind out of the gutter! I mean you should REBOUND on a REBOUNDER, as in a “mini trampoline.” It is best, as it literally “shakes” every single last one of your cells & all it takes is 10 mins a day.
If rebounding doesn’t work for you (or if you can’t afford to get one yet), then other VERY good exercises to move the lymph around include walking, biking & yoga.
Also, make sure to get your kidneys clean! Their job is to filter everything you consume, so if they get clogged up your skin will also appear clogged up (which is why many call the skin the ’3rd kidney’). Clean your kidney with alkalizing juices and whole fruits & veggies like cucumber, carrot, watermelon, lemon & apple.
AND…make sure to get outside and BREATHE…OXYGEN is KEY! Breathing fresh air deep into your lungs & then breathing the toxins out helps to NEUTRALIZE & EXPEL acidic gases present throughout & within your lymphatic system.

Watch out for increased awareness…as you become more aware, you become more sensitive to your body’s issues, so you might actually feel worse! For me, I become sensitive to the painful, burning inflammation. =(
There is a difference between being healthy and fit. It is possible to be fit, but not healthy…and vice versa. You should aim for being both!
All diseases are essentially inflammation, manifesting itself in different areas of the body, and in different ways.
What do we do to heal the inflammation? We alkalize, alkalize, alkalize! By eating whole fruits and green drinks.

Don’t let your mind or your thinking get in the way of your heart’s desire to live a life of joy…
Our society is very intellectually oriented, so I often see people literally thinking their way out of health…and then trying to think there way back to health…
But, its not your mind…it is your LOVING HEART that is going to create a healthy BODY (and a LOVELY body too, as an added bonus!)
Eating and drinking fruits & vegetables is not necessarily THE way to health, but it can be. We don’t have to think that we are better than anyone else, especially since we will perish from this earth just like everyone else.
BUT…don’t ever give up! Use your mind to hold a picture of what you want to see, and drop the rest. Your imagination is more powerful than your intellect!
It is not that learning information is inherently bad, its more that all throughout school even if we’re studying the subjects we truly enjoy, we are still always learning specifically what “THEY” want us to learn…
BUT…if you are in the real world and there is something you really want to learn about, you are going to be learning it in a much more powerful and real way, because YOU are the one who truly wants to learn it.
