The 5 C’s Juice: Cilantro-Cucumber-Celery-Carrot-Thai Young Coconut Water

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
1 Thai Young Coconut (Coconut Water)
2 bunches Cilantro
1 Cucumber*
1 head of Celery
4 Carrots*
*unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
1) Open young coconut to get coconut water out ~ watch this video if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j

2) Run the rest of the ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/mIrEW

3) Blend vegetable juice and coconut waters together, adding ice if desired, and enjoy!

Carrot Celery Cucumber Coconut

INGREDIENTS:
8 Carrots
1 Head of Celery
1-2 Cucumbers
1 Young Coconut (water)

PREPARATION:
1) Run carrots, celery & cucumbers through your Breville juicer (or whatever type of juicer you might have!)

3) If desired, briefly blend together with some ice in your Vita-Mix or any other blender of your choice.

The Breath Freshener

INGREDIENTS:
6 Carrots (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
2 Apples
1 Lemon (KEEP the peel ON!)
1 Ginger piece (as large or as small as you can stand!)
4 Celery stalks
1 Fennel bulb & leaves
1 Parsley bunch

PREPARATION:

2) Serve to whomever’s bad breath you wish to freshen! …and have some for yourself too, while you’re at it…
