There are a couple of reasons why you should drink wine everyday and these are quite valid, researched points that many scientists and health practitioners agree upon. If you’ve ever wondered whether you should drink wine everyday or you should rather avoid it, read on to find out what are the benefits of consuming wine in moderation.

There are several major studies that show the fact that women of ages 70 and above have a better memory retention when they drink one glass of wine with their meal than those that stopped drinking altogether. So wine in moderation not only is excellent for better memory, but it is also great for overall health in general.

Furthermore, consuming just one glass will minimize the risk of forming blood clots along with blood vessels inflammation. If you have high cholesterol levels, one glass of wine per day will actually increase the good cholesterol, which helps with unclogging your arteries.

Not only that but people that are a bit overweight should drink some wine per day as it reduces the body mass index. Also the alcohol has the reputation of burning the calories faster, so one single glass can burn up to 90 calories right away. Of course, drinking in excess won’t burn more calories, as that law doesn’t apply here.

The resveratrol that is contained mostly in the red wine helps with reducing the risk of various cancer types through its anti cancer properties. The antioxidants are found on the skin and seeds of red grapes, which is why a glass of red wine is favored over a glass of white wine. Again, it is a lot to be said about drinking in moderation and not overindulging. So if you’ve been on the fence about drinking just a bit of wine along with your lunch or dinner, you can do it, but if you have any health conditions, make sure to discuss it with your doctor first.

For whiskey, the best is to serve it through a Godinger Dubling whiskey decanter. To decant your red wine, use a Nachtmann Vivendi wine decanter.

8 Carrots
1 Head of Celery
1-2 Cucumbers
1 Young Coconut (water)

PREPARATION:
1) Run carrots, celery & cucumbers through your Breville juicer (or whatever type of juicer you might have!)

I don’t ever want to feel like I’m better than anyone, for I’d rather be in with you guys together on this journey. I just want to be here to help!

As for money, I haven’t been able to focus on it 100% as I’m more here to give, than to get. And I have faith in and trust that the Universe will deliver.

So I’m just a regular guy who has a gift for spreading the message about what’s already right in front of all of us, that we’ve just grown blind to: and that is fruits & vegetables! That’s all it is, really: Fruits and vegetables…

Now, HOW the fruits & vegetables work on the body (or should I say not get stuck in the body, and so let the body do its thing with minimal obstructions). is much more complex and higher-order than we could ever hope to explain with words or with scientific thinking. I am not trying to dis science, it certainly has its place, but why on earth do we need to over-analyze and break down all the little but powerful properties of fruits & vegetables until we’re blue in the face? How about we all just eat and drink them instead? It is so obvious that Mother Nature intended for us to enjoy them as the primary part of our diets, and it is already so obvious that they have benefits for us…even the mainstream can agree with that.

Also, its not just about only consuming what is best for us, it is honoring the fact that what we hold in our minds affects the functionality of all of our cells, and of what we consume…which is why I personally feel it is insane that some health teachers will say eating fruit will kill you or feed your cancer, when helllooooooo, it is the food of mankind. It is is the food of healthy cells. Yes, a lower volume of fruit for some people at some times might be more beneficial for various reasons, but that doesn’t mean fruit itself feeds, and therefore causes cancer!
