What is the best supplement (vitamin, mineral, herb) for weight loss & decreasing the appetite?

I have always struggled with my weight. I remember being the fat kid in elementary school, feeling depressed compared to my other girl friends. Carrot Celery Cucumber Coconut

INGREDIENTS:
8 Carrots
1 Head of Celery
1-2 Cucumbers
1 Young Coconut (water)

PREPARATION:
1) Run carrots, celery & cucumbers through your Breville juicer (or whatever type of juicer you might have!)

2) Open young coconut to get water out, and add to juice

3) If desired, briefly blend together with some ice in your Vita-Mix or any other blender of your choice.

INGREDIENTS:
6 Carrots (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
2 Apples
1 Lemon (KEEP the peel ON!)
1 Ginger piece (as large or as small as you can stand!)
4 Celery stalks
1 Fennel bulb & leaves
1 Parsley bunch

PREPARATION:

2) Serve to whomever’s bad breath you wish to freshen! …and have some for yourself too, while you’re at it…
