dan u speak well man, u think im getting my migraines from my red meat ,supps, and rx drugs……..I have tried everything the pain is terrible cant go without pain killers but id rather not have the migraine at all sometimes 2 a day….they cry-pal me…….anyways if u were to pick one to knock out would it be the supps or red meat or rx drugs?

i lost 15 pounds in two weeks and five days. not eating 100 percent raw but i am juicing alot and eating healthy.

also i,m only about 35% raw at the moment but as soon as i get a food processor and some other bits i’ll be moving up to about 75% raw and then go up slowly after that
