I know you said everyone would like it however I’m not a big fan of barbecue! call me crazy! but I wanted to know if you can maybe substitute something that tastes like A1 sauce (it’s organic) me and my dad like to eat healthy but he doesn’t like cabbage soup. SO I really wanna try this!

I have been … I have been experimenting with all sorts of diet. The worst thing is controlling hunger – of course. I have started to eat less and in case I feel hungry I take half a cup of yoghurt (from skimmed milk) in a glass fill the rest of it with water. You have drink 2 Big glasses to feel confortably bloated.
