    Thanks for sharing this info. As a result, I have made some drastic changes to my lifestyle. I am now 100% vegetarian and almost eating a completely dairy free diet as well. The vegan diet is my goal. I have lost weight effortlessly and I feel better for it. Thanks again!

    That’s not what he was intimating. It was poorly said. He said, “most everybody you drew blood from would have fat in their bloodstream. I took that to mean that most likely those people who had lunch or dinner at the Burger King had probably eaten something else fatty before that because they almost always eat that way, so at any given time, you could probably draw blood from them and find it. That’s what he meant. Carefully listen to the video again. Other than that, I completely agree.

    …Oh, and the fat in the food isn’t digested and absorbed into the bloodstream nearly fast enough for the fat in his arteries to have been the fat from his meal. Where did that guy get his degree ? The gastric phase of digestion takes from 3-4 hours . So by the time it would’ve actually entered the bloodstream is the time when he said it would’ve cleared up. FAIL !

    As opposed to Big Agra and the soy industry who play all nice and squeaky clean right ?(And THEY have way more resources than the meat industry…you’ll have a hard time finding any major, mainstream TV channel, magazine, newspaper, etc, that doesn’t have them as sponsors. The mainstream media are essentially their bitches. Their word becomes “truth” or “reality”). You’re right about taking nutritional advice form somebody who has a horse in the race, though, I wish people were more suspicious .

    True, but the bible says not to eat the fat of the animal. Hamburger meat is terrible. Fish on the other hand is most likely beneficial. Lean meats like chicken breast is also likely healthy as well as the lean parts of venison, lamb, etc. This guy fails to mention that grains have been pretty well proven to cause disease also.

    He also fails to mention that processed foods are more likely to blame than meat.

    He mentions sausage, ham, etc. Bible laws say not to eat those anyway.

    Perhaps it is not eating meat that is the problem, but the kind of meat. Check into the differences in fat content and other diffferences between grain/corn fed beef and grass fed. There is quite a difference in fat content alone. Look into it. Also, try checking into a documentary called King Corn
